MySpace has shut down phishing websites attempting to mimic MySpace, including the crafty rnyspace.com and myspaceplus.com. One user even customized the URL of his real MySpace profile to appear like the legitimate MySpace login page.

I’m familiar with that rnyspace.com……I clicked on something left on my page and it told me to login…only after I had submitted my login information did I realize it wasn’t a legitimate page. I immediately logged in correctly and changed my password.

RNyspace.com looks like rnyspace.com and will take your password, essentially it is used to take accounts from myspace.com so they can spam and make money, also to sell accounts that have so many members.
